Fremont Granary

An well-preserved granary perches high on a cliff wall. The Fremont stored corn in these structures for use during the cold winters. Anthropologists aren't sure why the Fremont built their granaries in such inaccessible locations. Many are difficult to reach, even for experienced climbers.
