The Colorado Plateau is home to the highest concentration of slot canyons in the world. The majority of these canyons are in Utah, but Arizona has a fair share as well. Slot Canyons are strikingly beautiful, but they can be extremely dangerous in adverse conditions or for the ill-prepared.
